Meet Paisley! Tiny, dainty, and oh-so-sweet, Paisley is a 2 year old, 3 lb Chihuahua who’s ready to find her forever lap. Don’t let her size fool you—this little lady has a big heart and a lot of love to give! Paisley is doing very well with house training and seems to be crate trained. She sleeps soundly through the night in her crate and only needs it when you’re away for a while—otherwise, she’ll happily follow you from room to room, your own personal shadow. Like many Chihuahuas, Paisley can be a bit skittish at first, but with patience and kindness, she warms up quickly. She’s met children and, while nervous, allowed gentle pets. Because of her tiny size, she’d do best in a home with adults or very calm, respectful older kids who understand how delicate she is. Paisley is in a foster home with another very small dog and did well overall, though she can be a little protective of her food. She loves nothing more than curling up in a warm lap. With time, love, and gentle reassurance, she’ll blossom into the ultimate loyal companion.
