Pablo's Story

Pablo is a 2 year old lovebug who made the trip up from Puerto Rico looking for his forever family. He gives the cutest tippy tappies when he's happy to see you and flops right over for belly rubs. His favorite things are playing ball in the backyard and romping around with his doggy foster sister. And when it's time to settle down, he will sit at your feet, rest his head in your lap, and give you puppy dog eyes until you love on him.

Pablo is a bit wary of new people, but he is goofy and affectionate once he's had a chance to warm up to you! A quiet home where he can take his time settling into a new routine would be the perfect fit for him.

He is house broke and crate trained, sleeping in it through the night. He has a growing repertoire of tricks, including sit, down, stay, come, place, and heel. We are working on leash training, but previous negative experiences are making this a slow process, so a fenced yard is a must.

Take a chance on Pablo and be the second chance for a loving family and a long, happy life that he deserves!

If interested in adopting Pablo, please fill out the form here: https://form.jotform.us/71037673788165

Lost Paws Animal Rescue's Adoption Policy
Thank you for looking to adopt a cat or dog! We get many emails, applications and PetFinder Inquiries every day. As volunteers who also have families and full time jobs, we cannot get to them all immediately. Please allow 5-7 days for a decision to be made. Some animals get more applications than others which will make the process a bit longer. Lost Paws Animal rescue adopts and fosters within a 2hr radius of Raritan, NJ. Rare exceptions are made on a case by case basis to take into account any special needs an animal may have. When you sign the application, you understand that omission of information and/or failure to answer all questions and sign the application can result in the application being declined. Upon submission of the application, you give the rescue permission to investigate the information provided, including conducting a background check, as well as contact veterinarians and related officials. The adoption decision is dependent on many factors, including but not limited to the compatibility of the family and home to the individual pet, and other applications received on this pet. It is the rescue's sole prerogative to decide which home is most appropriate. It is our goal to place pets in loving, lifelong homes and any information gathered is used only to that interest. A member of our Adoption Committee will be in contact if you are approved.
