Once he trusts you, he is all in—sharing tail wags, soft snuggles, and the sweetest loyalty you could ever hope for. He loves humans of all ages and greets visitors at the shelter with a shy smile that quickly turns into warm enthusiasm. Otto is playful and gentle, and he never takes a single moment of kindness for granted. Every meal, every cuddle, every kind word fills him with gratitude. He is good on a leash, calmly exploring the world and meeting other dogs along the way. Otto has learned that car rides can mean adventure, and he is getting more comfortable with every trip. Past the puppy chewing stage, Otto is the perfect mix of energy and relaxation. He loves tug-of-war and playtime with his dog friends, but he also enjoys curling up for a peaceful nap.
