Otis Haven Beagle Waldorf, MD

Otis was rescued coming out of a field in Illinois. He is a loving and affectionate dog full of energy. He wags his tail non-stop, which means he wags his butt non-stop. Otis will do great in a home with a yard or a family with kids to play with. He loves playing with his other foster dogs and looking out the window curiously. Once he wears out his energy, though, all he wants to do is cuddle!
