Otis

Sweet, scared Otis was found running. Otis was so frightened that the only way he was able to be safely brought to the shelter was by the ladies at West Central Indiana Dog Recovery in a humane trap.<br/>Otis has shown that he has so much potential but sometimes these things take time. Otis didn't have the easiest start, and right now, he has zero confidence in himself or humans. He is smart, observant, and completely determined to keep his guard up until he knows he is truly safe. Otis is approximately 2-3 years old and seems to like other dogs. He will be neutered soon. Otis is also available to be fostered so that he continues to decompress. If you are interested in meeting Otis, please stop by the shelter or call today!
