Oso is an approximately 1-year-old Chihuahua who came into our care after his owner sadly passed away, leaving him to navigate a world that suddenly looked very different from the one he knew.<br/><br/>It took Oso a little time to feel comfortable at the sanctuary. With so much change to process, he needed some space to settle in and figure out that he was safe. As the days have passed, we’ve started seeing more of his sweet, spunky personality come out. He’s slowly learning to trust and discovering that this new chapter might have some pretty good things in store for him!<br/><br/>Oso is continuing to adjust and build his confidence, and we’re excited to see him come into his own. Every day is an opportunity for him to learn that the world isn’t such a scary place and that there are people out there ready to show him love and kindness.<br/><br/>Oso is looking for a patient, loving family who understands that the best relationships take time to build.
