Oso's Story

Oso is a 3–4 month old shepherd mix who was rescued as a stray in Mexico alongside her mom and siblings through a rescue partner. She’s expected to grow into a large-breed dog.

If you’re looking for a loyal companion who will happily be your shadow, Oso is your girl. She absolutely loves people and wants nothing more than to curl up in your lap and snuggle the day away. While she has the sweetest, most affectionate personality, don’t forget—she’s still a puppy! Oso will benefit from continued socialization and basic training as she grows.

Oso has done wonderfully with other dogs, cats, and even some limited livestock exposure. She is currently being fostered in a home with children, but due to her excited puppy energy, she would do best with older kids.

In addition to her loving personality, Oso is truly stunning. She has striking shepherd features and is easily one of the most beautiful pups we’ve seen—just like her siblings.
Please note that it is difficult to get a good picture of this sweet girl due to the fact she insists on a lot of lap time!

She is currently learning household routines, crate training, and the basics of potty training. Oso is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, dewormed, and has received a clean bill of health from the vet.

A home with ownership stability and a fenced yard is preferred. Please note that this rescue does not adopt to households with unaltered pets.

Adoption fee is $350.00
