Mostly, he loves to play. His foster family swears that he is part pony! He has more energy than the Energizer Bunny. He is great with other dogs, and with cats. He is living it up in foster care learning the ropes of being a best boy. He is doing great with his house training. Oskar cannot wait to find his perfect furever family.
