Oscar-Loyal, playful, cuddly boy

Oscar is a wonderfully sweet dog who just got a new fur-do and can't wait to find his new home to go with it! Oscar is very friendly and social yet easy-going. He was a very nice medium energy level and is just a lovely guy. He enjoys walks and playtime. *Oscar does have special medical needs- he is on a medication for seizures but they are regulated and he is doing well on his current medication and dosage.*<br/><br/>- 5 years old, 17 pounds<br/>- Friendly, sweet boy. Loves to lay his head in your lap & just be by you. <br/>- Likes walks, cuddles and tummy rubs<br/>- Relaxed personality but still likes to get up & do stuff<br/>-Needs an owner who is comfortable with basic training & setting boundaries using positive reinforcement-based methods<br/>- Would do best as the only pet in the home. He has not done well living with cats, & prefers to not have dogs in his personal space.<br/>-Suggested for families with children age 10 & up case-by-case; Oscar has sensitivities to fast movements & loud noises at times. <br/>- Will require a medication to control seizures - currently seizures are under control with his current dosage and medication. <br/>- Neutered, microchipped and vaccinated <br/><br/>Please note dog visits are by appointment to ensure staff and space availability so we can make the best match possible.
