Oscar is a sweet young boy at a little over a year old, Oscar is a very shy guy who would need another dog that is confident to show him that the world is not a scary place. Oscar would do best in a calm quiet home with no kids. Oscar currently does not walk on leash but he loves to play fetch in his own way and loves to play in the pool.
