Meet Oscar! He is a lovable, goofy, 11 month old pit-mix. He does well with new people, is great with other dogs who can match his energy. He has a rough and tumble play style, but also enjoys cuddling up on the couch when he’s finished. He would be best in a home with teenage children or older, since he’s shown some sensitivity to small children running around and being loud. He’s not been exposed to cats, so we’re not sure how he’ll react to them. Oscar is very food motivated and enjoys learning during short training sessions. He came from a shelter outside of Atlanta where he found himself after most likely living a completely chained up, outdoor life. He’s still figuring out some nuances of being an “inside dog”, but doing a great job catching on and loves the comforts that this lifestyle has to offer.
