He has been in the shelter way too long and shelter staff cannot figure out why! Oscar's happy place in in your lap where he can give you lots of kisses! When he is happy, he loves to do zoomies and saying hello to everyone he meets is his favorite pastime! Whereas the shelter doesn't have the means to test with kids, shelter staff feels he would be okay with older 10+ respectful children.<br/>What we have here is a very handsome boy that is:<br/><br/>*Good with other dogs<br/>*Good with older 10+ respectful children<br/>*Good in off leash doggy playgroups<br/>*Leash trained<br/>*Loves to play fetch<br/><br/>Here is a gem of a pooch that people have passed by and why they passed him by is a mystery.
