Oscar is a sweet shy guy who has been thru a lot. Oscar needs help learning people are not all bad and that he can trust someone. Oscar does not walk on a leash and is still shy to be petted but is slowly warming up to people. Oscar does seem to like other dogs, he might do best in a home with another confident <br/>dog to learn from.<br/><br/><br/>If you are interested in Oscar please contact Sandoval County Animal Services.
