Oreo's Story
Hi there! My name is Oreo and I am one chill dude just waiting to find my forever family. Could that be you?

I love cuddles and scratches and will quickly hop up next to my favorite humans - it's my favorite place to be!

Zoomies in the yard are the other best thing, though I'm equally fine being taken out on a leash if you don't have a fence. Speaking of a leash, you've never met an easier dog to walk than me! I carefully trot along, preferring to be near you over straining on the leash. Good manners are my specialty!

I'm fully house-trained, and am quick to learn the ropes and sit by the door when I need to go out. I won't bark, though, barking isn't exactly my thing. I don't react to squirrels or visitors, they're just not worth the effort!

The one time I bark is when I'm left all alone in my crate. I have a kind of hoarse, soft bark, so it's not too loud. And it's not the crate that's the problem, I just like being near my humans! I sleep through the night with no problems in my crate as long as it's in your bedroom.

I do get a little stressed out in the car and get a bit sick, but as long as it's a short drive or I have a human holding me, I'm fine!

I'm so gentle with little humans, though too much noise can be a bit of a bother. Other dogs in the house are just fine, though I'd do better with older or quieter dogs, as those little yappy fellas can be a bit exhausting! I haven't been tested with cats, but seeing as my default is to ignore other animals (including squirrels outside!) I'm pretty sure I'd be able to live alongside them without a problem.

I'm still learning how to play with toys, but am starting to pick up on the concept and I know with a little bit of work and a lot of love, I'll soon be chasing after those squeaky things!

Are you ready to snuggle all day and have your own personal shadow? Then fill out an application for me today!

Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, Alter, Prepaid microchip, Dewormed, Rabies vaccine (if age appropriate), Distemper combo vaccine(s) appropriate to age, Bordetella vaccine, 4DX (over 6 months of age), Flea/tick and heartworm preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee:
$625.00
