Oreo's Story
Adopt yourself a little sweet treat- Oreo! This adorable boy was born as one of the smallest puppy of the litter just a few days after mom came to her foster’s home. He was born on December 8th to the terrier mix mom, LuLu. Although he is used to snuggling with his littermates, he is now learning to sleep in his own crate at night.

Oreo is puppy pad trained and an energetic puppy, ready for his own human family! He loves to play with toys and his litter mates and chase around the kids in the house.

Oreo is available for our Foster to Adopt Program through the rescue. To qualify for this you must live in Lubbock County. If your application is approved, you will pay a $100 non-refundable deposit to take him home. He must be brought back to the rescue for all scheduled vaccinations (you will be given a schedule) and also taken to his neuter appointment which will be scheduled by rescue. Once Oreo is fully vetted we finalize the adoption and at that time you pay the remaining $100 of the adoption fee. Oreo is not fully vetted so cannot be taken to parks, on walks, or even Petsmart until he has all his vaccines unless carried the entire time and not letting his feet touch the ground. The foster family has worked hard to keep Oreo safe and well and the rescue trusts the adoptive family to continue keeping him safe.

Oreo is available Saturday from 11-2 at 8901 highway 87 building 119. You can also email adoptions.spspca@gmail.com with questions.
