Oreo has an amusing quirk—he makes a funny howl that sounds like a seal when he wants out of his kennel to go potty! Oreo is working on his manners and is learning to respond to the "off" command. He's already mastered sitting for treats and is incredibly affectionate. Oreo would do well in a home that will continue basic obedience training, helping him be his best self. If you're looking for a fun-loving, affectionate companion with lots of personality, Oreo could be the perfect addition to your family!
