When his owner became incarcerated, family members finally reached out for help, allowing Oreo to begin a brand-new chapter.<br/><br/>Now thriving in foster care through the Morristown-Hamblen Humane Society, Oreo has become one of the happiest dogs you'll ever meet.<br/><br/>His tail is always wagging, his smile is contagious, and he loves everyone he meets. Oreo is affectionate, playful, and eager to be wherever his people are.
