Oreo is exceptionally friendly and does very well with both children and adults. He is very welcoming to other friends and family and is happy to have people around. He always looks forward to be cuddled and is very happy to go out on short, slow walks.<br/><br/>Oreo enjoys snuggling in his bed while his family is busy around him. He does not need to be included in the action, but loves to hang out and watch or snooze while watching all the happenings. If someone needs an Oreo break and wants to snuggle with him, all the better!<br/><br/>He is working on his potty communication and will give you signals by sitting at one spot to let you know he needs to go out. You will get to know these signals with time and will love having him in your family!<br/><br/>Oreo currently lives with both children and a much younger, large dog and has thrived in a family environment, Any introduction to a new dog or cat should be done carefully, but Oreo has not displayed any behaviors that would preclude him from a home with children or other friendly pets.<br/><br/>Like many senior dogs, Oreo has some mild health conditions and takes a daily medication for his heart.
