The person who moved in to help her had a large dog & he wasn’t nice to Opie & Jax. When it was no longer safe for the dogs to be in the same house, she made the extremely painful decision to surrender Opie & Jax to rescue. She wanted them to be able to live the happy lives they had before she got sick.

Opie & Jax are a bonded pair. They have lived together their entire lives. They are brothers, same father but different mothers. Opie can get jealous when Jax is getting attention, but they depend on each other for comfort.

Opie & Jax need either a fenced in yard or routine leash walks. They are great with older, respectful kids, but are not fond of small children. They are house trained but will mark when they are stressed. Patience when they first arrive in their new home will be needed. They will come with belly bands to help with the transition.

Opie & Jax would love a quiet home, with a family that will spoil them & give them unlimited love & attention! They are sweet, loving boys who make a wonderful addition to your home!!

OPIE & JAX are neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and
heartworm negative. They are being fostered in Raymond, OH
and are available for an adoption fee of $600.00.

If you are interested in adopting, please submit an application
online at www.sophiasgracefoundation.org ***Petfinder/
RescueMe inquiries are NOT considered applications and may
not be responded to*
