Opie is a big-hearted goofball with a gentle spirit that shines through his classic pittie/boxer mix features. His foster family describes him as an absolute toasted marshmallow, always ready to leap like a cartoon horse when it's time for a walk. But don't let his size fool you; Opie is thoroughly convinced that his 73 pounds fit comfortably in your lap, making him a consummate cuddler who thrives on petting and praise.

Since coming to the shelter in rough shape, Opie has been healing in a loving foster home, and at around 6 years old, he's now in great health. His foster family has seen him blossom into a more confident and happy gentleman, relishing in the joy of being loved and cared for.
