Opal's Story

Meet Opal

Opal is a 6-month-old puppy who's ready to make up for lost time. She had a slow start in life due to a broken leg, but she's healed up and officially cleared to begin her next big adventure—finding a forever home.

Because of her early injury, Opal didn't get as much exposure to other dogs as a typical puppy, so she'll benefit from patient introductions and continued socialization. She will do best with an experienced, confident adopter who understands puppy development and can provide thoughtful socialization, clear boundaries, and consistent training. She's still learning some basics, but she's smart, sweet, eager to engage with her people, and ready to learn with the right guidance.

Opal is full of youthful energy and curiosity. She loves to move, explore, and soak up attention, and she's happiest when she's with her people. With consistency, structure, and love, Opal is going to blossom into an amazing companion.

If you're looking for a resilient, energetic pup with a heart of gold and a bright future ahead, Opal just might be your girl.
