Opal's Story

Opal was trapped in October of 2025 after she had been roaming the backroads of Hoke County NC for more than 2 years having multiple litters fending for her and the pups and somehow managed to stay safe. When we trapped her we also caught 6 pups whom all have found their furever homes but mama Opal is still patiently waiting.

Opal is a special girl. She's very loyal and loving once you earn her trust. She can be shy at first and takes time to warm up but what a beautiful girl she is once she's comfortable. Opal is very dog friendly. She loves to play! Opal can be leery of kids so older kids or no kids is recommended.
