OPAL's Story
Sadly, Opal was dumped crammed in a kennel with her eight siblings, early morning to be confused, squished and overwhelmed that she was just dumped from her home. We’re really not sure why they were dumped, but sadly, this person has no regard for the dogs safety and resorts to illegal dumping.. luckily for us, we were able to absorb some of the babies.

So we really are guessing at her breed, but she is very sweet and playful and loves the water.

Opal spends her time hanging out at ARF romping around the yard with her sister’s diamonds and sapphire. Between the three of them, they run through the pools, play with their toys, and running around being silly with each other we estimate them to be about 5 to 6 months old and they are still growing. We are looking for a serious adopter who understands that training will be a big plus in their lives. We would love to find them home before they get any bigger cause we are running out of extra large stainless steel kennels. Her adoption fee is 250

At this time ARF does not adopt out of state.

How to Adopt a Dog from ARF
Animal Rescue of Fresno is a Volunteer Managed & Operated Dog Rescue.
We are available by Appointment Only.
Adoptions begin with an Approved Application.
You can find the application on our website at www.arf-fresno.com

Application can be found in the drop-down menu above, click "ADOPT"
Mobile users click three lines at top of page to see "ADOPT"
Business Hours: By Appointment Only

We will review each submitted application, then contact the approved adopter via email.
