Meet Onyx! <br/>10-month-old Borador (Lab/Border Collie mix) <br/><br/>Onyx is one of those special young dogs who makes you wonder how he can possibly have such incredible manners at only 10 months old! <br/><br/>He is remarkably mellow for a Borador, very intelligent, eager to please, and incredibly responsive to his person. He already knows:<br/><br/> Sit<br/> Down<br/> Come<br/> Stay<br/> Wait<br/> Shake<br/> Touch<br/> Place<br/> Off<br/> No<br/><br/>He is also wonderfully responsive to noise cues such as whistles and snaps, which shows just how tuned in he is to his person.<br/><br/>Onyx LOVES other dogs and would really like to have a canine buddy in his forever home. In fact, another dog isnt just something he enjoys — he needs another dog for companionship.<br/><br/> He experiences separation anxiety when left without a dog companion. He isnt destructive, but he will bark for a while when he feels lonely.<br/><br/>Because of this, apartment living is not a good fit for Onyx.
