Oliver

Sweet Oliver is a young pup who was found wandering the streets and rescued by an incredible woman with a huge heart. She reached out on social media for help, and we are so thankful she was careful, patient, and chose rescue — even though many people were interested in taking Oliver in.<br/><br/>Shortly after coming into rescue, Oliver landed in the most amazing foster home. On Thanksgiving night, his foster mama noticed he was lethargic and just not himself. Because of our wonderful rescue partner Brandy Dennison and Dr. Robin, Oliver was immediately seen and tested for parvo. Sadly, the test came back positive.<br/><br/>It's scary to think about what could have happened if Oliver had gone with just anyone from Facebook. Parvo can be deadly, especially when it goes undiagnosed and untreated — and this was Thanksgiving night. Because Oliver was in rescue, he received prompt, top-notch veterinary care that truly saved his life.<br/><br/>We are beyond grateful for Brandy and all she has done, once again, to save another precious soul. The good news — Oliver is now testing negative! He remains in quarantine, but we are nearing the end, and he is doing great. This little guy is a fighter.<br/><br/>Oliver is a silly, goofy boy who keeps us laughing, and we absolutely adore him. He will require a fenced in yard, as he is a little escape artist. <br/><br/>Oliver is now fully vetted, minus one round of vaccines.
