Please watch his videos attached below.<br/><br/>Oliver’s rescue story:<br/>The local animal control rounded up a few stray dogs and intended to perform TNVR on them. The rescuer noticed that Oliver was the smallest one among them, and was infested with skin disease. Worried about Oliver’s chances of survival, the rescuer took him back with her. First his skin problem was treated and his health improved rapidly.
