Olive's Story

Meet Olive!

Olive is a Mixed Breed. She is approximately 1yr 3month old(Dec), 25lbs, spayed, current on vaccinations, microchipped, crate trained & house trained. Olive came to us from a hoarding case where she was locked in a room all alone. Olive is very shy, she is a dogs dog, needs a home with a confident dog that'll show her how to be a dog but will also play with her. Olive knows inside, outside, up, kennel, sit, touch & is working on learning more. She loves playing with the other dogs. Squeaky/crinkle toys are her favorite. She also loves following her foster mom around the house. Olive could really benefit from working with a trainer to help with proper socialization & confidence building in her new home. We strongly recommend this. (APAWS will provide trainer and training recommendations to adopter). Olive needs a fully secured fenced in yard. Olive wants a home that is understanding that she does not want to leave her home, she is a homebody. Loud noises/fast movements still scare her. No kids. Please consider opening your heart & home to Olive!

If you are interested in meeting and/or starting the adoption process on Olive, the first step is to please click this link and complete an adoption application : https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdKJuBVKkrItDqrhKd-mDCjUFjJXkwxqzAH-Y9MII4kIX4XQA/viewform?usp=sf_link

*Please answer ALL questions on the application and EVERY PART of those questions
*APAWS reserves the right to refuse any application
