Meet Olive!<br/>Olive came into the shelter December 2nd surrendered. Her previous family initially found her in San Antonio and had kept her for a while but decided it could not be permanent. <br/>We were given some great info from the previous owners. She is good with other dogs, cats and kids. We were also told she is an absolute pro on a leash which we can confirm although she has a habit of walking around the person she’s walking with instead of straight, she’s working on it! <br/>She seems to be pretty potty trained; she doesn’t make a mess of her kennel if she can help it. This girl needs all the toys; she tends to play with her water bowl if she is bord so make sure she is provided with some extra fun things to do and she will be one happy girl. She is a Velcro dog, once she gets to know you, she will follow you wherever you go. <br/>Come meet Olive today at the Alpine Animal Services Shelter, 2900 Old Marathon Hwy Alpine, TX 79830.

All potential adopters are required to fill out our adoption application. If the animal is ready for adoption and the adopter's application is approved, they can take the animal immediately after the adoption fee is paid. We may require a home visit prior to adoption and if multiple applications are submitted, we reserve the right to pick the most appropriate adopter for that animal. We also reserve the right to deny an application.
