Odie's Story

Odie is ready to get out of the shelter and start a new life with kind calm adults who understand that he needs a gentle peaceful, loving home. Odie arrived at the shelter because he wasn&#39;t able to relax with children in the home and many times this can be the case with small dogs. Odie is very good on leash and enjoy his walks, but he does need time to know you, and once he does then he is happy, affectionate, and loves to be carried or cuddle in your lap. He especially loves treats and will follow you anywhere as long as treats are involved! Odie seems to be good with small polite dogs, but also could be an only pet. He will need patient people who will allow him to time to settle into his new life, have slow introductions with people he doesn&#39;t know, and opportunities for daily walks and socialization.<br/>*If you are interested in adopting Odie please email kteeley@genext.net to learn more and set up an appointment to meet him.
