Obi's Story
Obi lost his home due to family issues. Obi knows his basic commands. He enjoys getting out and enjoying the the sun and the breeze. He is a big guy and strong. Obi loves, loves, loves to play fetch. As long as you are willing to throw that ball, Obi is willing to run after it! Obi also enjoys splashing in the small pool we have. He is a surfer at heart!

Obi is a big guy and sometimes sees himself as “large and in charge” – he becomes over protective of his owner. For this reason, we believe Obi needs to be placed in an experienced home with no children. Our volunteers are working with Obi to set limits and provide the structure he needs.

Since Obi believes is the “cat’s meow” – there are some strong male dogs that he can take issue with. However, he has no issue with females.

Obi is good on the leash and knows his basic commands. Recently, Obi had a chance to play in the snow with some of our volunteers. He absolutely loved it!
