Obi is a 6-year-old black Lab who came to us with his sister, Sabrina. They were surrendered after their family had a new baby and could no longer properly care for them.<br/><br/>Obi is a classic Lab in every way. He loves to play fetch (and actually brings the ball back every time!), adores water, and can’t get enough of swimming — whether it’s splashing around or going for a proper swim. He enjoys daily walks, playtime, and all kinds of water fun.<br/><br/>He is incredibly easygoing and very people-oriented. Obi just wants to be near his humans. Off-leash, he stays close and naturally checks in. He loves engaging with his people, whether it’s playing, going for a car ride, or relaxing together. He’s also a quick learner and enjoys learning new commands or tricks.<br/><br/>Obi has a calm, steady temperament and is sweet with everyone he meets. He has done great with kids of all ages and gets along well with other dogs, making friends easily at the dog park. He’s also been wonderful with our 10-week-old kitten and leaves him alone.<br/><br/>He’s past the puppy stage but still playful and full of personality. Obi is loyal, affectionate, and low-maintenance, fitting easily into daily life.
