Hi, I’m Oattie. I’ve had a rough start—rescued off the streets, with fly-bite scars on my ears, worn-down teeth, and bones that creak more than they should. I probably lived chained in a backyard, and when I first came to Legacy Paws, I didn’t trust anyone.<br/><br/>Now — my tail never stops wagging.<br/><br/>I’ve learned that not all humans are bad. In fact, some give me freeze-dried liver — and those ones? My favorite.<br/><br/>I’m heartworm positive, but don’t worry — Legacy Paws Rescue is covering all of my treatment so I can enjoy many more days soaking up the sunshine.<br/><br/>I love being outside, sniffing around the yard, and finding the perfect spot to nap.
