OAKLEY's Story

Meet OAKLEY — a friendly, gentle boy with a soft heart and a brave spirit.

OAKLEY was found as a stray dragging himself along after being shot. He now has very limited use of his back legs, but he still loves moving around and exploring. One of his favorite things is his daily walks alongside his best friend, GRACIE.

Because of the trauma he’s endured, OAKLEY can be shy and timid at first. He needs a calm, patient home where trust can grow at his pace. But once he feels safe, his true personality shines: sweet, affectionate, and wonderfully goofy. Earning OAKLEY’s trust is the kind of bond that feels truly special.

Because of his injury, OAKLEY is incontinent and needs manual expression a few times a day to stay clean and comfortable. It’s a simple routine once you learn it — just a few minutes at a time — and it makes a huge difference in keeping him happy and healthy.

OAKLEY spends his days strolling through a playgroup of friendly dogs, enjoying sunshine, and dreaming of soft beds, tasty bones, and the Good Life. Give him a peaceful backyard, a steady routine, and maybe a buddy or two, and he’ll be one very happy guy.

👉 OAKLEY could be your loyal companion with a heart of gold.

📄 Apply to adopt: www.noahs-arks.net/nar-application
📧 NoahsArksRescues@mac.com
☎️ 843-540-6755

ABOUT US:
Noah’s Arks Rescue is a nonprofit providing emergency medical help and rehabilitation to abused and neglected dogs.
