Oakley

Oakley is a very handsome 6 year old Lab mix who weighs about 72 pounds. He is healthy, smart, affectionate, athletic, playful, goofy, loyal, and adventurous! He came to us because he had a previous owner who was rarely home and used to just let him roam free for days. A group of caring neighbors in the community finally convinced him to surrender Oakley so he could have the opportunity at a better life, in a new forever home. He is fully housetrained, neutered, crate-trained, and current on his core vaccines.<br/><br/>Oakley has shown definite dominance with other male dogs and he has an active prey drive, so his ideal home would have no cats or small animals. He loves people, is good meeting strangers, and seems to get along best with female dogs in his size range. He is a strong guy, so a fenced yard would be great, or simply an owner who is familiar with handling/walking a bigger strong dog. :)
