Every time a volunteer stopped to show him kindness—whether a walk, a cuddle, or just a little playtime—he'd loosen up and let his true puppy self peek out. Thanks to those amazing volunteers, O'Shae's life was saved - just in the nick of time. <br/><br/>Now safe and loved, this boy is blossoming into the fun-loving, goofy pup he was always meant to be.
