NYLA's Story

If you’re wondering how to win Nyla’s heart, the answer is simple: balls and toys. This playful girl is an avid ball enthusiast who always seems ready for her next adventure. Toss a toy and it’ll have her full attention. Treats come in a very close second place, and she takes them gently like a true lady. Nyla is happiest when she’s having her own kind of fun. She’ll happily engage with her volunteer handler when treats appear or a ball is flying, but otherwise she’s busy having a blast and soaking up the moment. She enjoys a good roll in the grass, and when a ball is especially exciting, she might even bust out an adorable little army crawl. She knows “sit” and is more than willing to show off her skills in exchange for a snack. In her first playgroup, Nyla was noted as steerable (easily redirected), tolerant, playful, and social. She gave appropriate warnings and corrections to another pup exhibiting unwanted behavior, showing she knows how to communicate clearly and appropriately. The clips in the reel are from a subsequent playgroup where Nyla seemed to be dreaming of playing with a ball instead. Check out Nyla!: https://instagram.com/reel/DTgfoK5jmGu/?igsh=djVyZzVsbXlhbmk= Nyla is a fun loving, toy obsessed, joyful spirit who would thrive with an adopter ready to play, laugh, and keep the games going. If your idea of a perfect day includes tossing a ball and watching a happy dog light up, Nyla just might be your girl.
