Nugget's Story

Nugget

Chihuahua

Spayed female

10 years old, 13 lbs.

Meet Nugget, our sweet little senior with the permanent wink! According to her fosters, she sees just fine with one eye. She loves meeting new people and once she knows you, she will happily snuggle right up next to you on the couch. Nugget would do fine in a home with calmer pets, but would also love being your one-and-only. She hasn't shown much interest in toys and she's not a fan of loud noises.

Nugget is house-trained, knows how to sit for treats and enjoys going for leisurely, short walks. She is on two medications and a joint supplement, but takes them like a champ. Nugget would make a loving companion for anyone looking for a walking buddy and a professional snuggler.

To complete our adoption application, visit: www.NebraskaNoKill.org.

Suggested adoption donation: $200
