My name is Nova and I am smart, beautiful, and athletic—and my foster Mom says I know it, too! She said not to let my sweet face fool you into thinking I’m timid. I am actually quite playful, confident, and fully capable of bringing my foster brother into an epic wrestling match… and winning! I have the most special talent for turning any moment into fun and loves playing outside, where my curiosity shines! I find joy in everything—sticks, leaves, new smells, and whatever adventure happens to be next. I’m just starting to learn basic commands and is already showing how clever I am. My foster says I understand what’s being asked of me—I simply like to decide when to follow along. With positive reinforcement and patience, my intelligence and personality really shine! When it comes to affection, I do enjoy cuddling on my own terms and happily show my softer side once I feel comfortable. Free access to our weekly training classes is also included for the life of the dog, something no other rescue in the area offers.*
