Norwood

Norwood is a 63 pound Shepherd/Boxer/Malinois mix, however this is just a guess as he originally came into a shelter as a stray and no DNA test has been done. He is 3 yrs old, neutered, vaccinated, and currently in training. His foster mom says he'd make a great indoor/outdoor pet, he is great with kids and protective as shepherds are. He has been good with other dogs when introduced the right way. He has not met a cat so we aren’t sure how he is with them. She says he’d be great for farm life with kids as he’s a bit of a “goofball”. Norwood wouldn't run away as he is a loyal guy. <br/><br/>Norwood hasn’t had a long term stable home and is still working on potty training. Please only apply if you are willing to continue his training as he will need it. His foster mom is a dog trainer and has done a lot of work with this good boy. He was adopted from a shelter and given to his foster after his family wasn’t the right fit in November 2025. <br/><br/>Norwood is not at our adoption center but in a private home.
