Norris's Story

Meet Norris, a lively little bundle of joy looking for his forever home this holiday season. He arrived as a stray, but you would never guess it from his sweet, playful nature. His ears are ridiculously pointy, somehow bigger than his whole body, and they make him look extra adorable every time he perks them up.

Norris is all about fun. He loves to play with other dogs in our yards, which means he would fit right into a home with furry siblings. He is full of puppy energy and would thrive in a family with kids who can keep up with his antics.

As much as we would love for him to find a home for the holidays, remember that puppies are a lifetime commitment. Norris will need training, patience, and guidance as he grows, and the family who adopts him will be signing up to love him through every holiday, birthday, and everyday moment for years to come.

If your home is ready for a playful, sweet, floppy-eared pup who will keep you smiling, come meet Norris. He is ready to make your holiday season unforgettable.

Norris weighs 18 pounds at four months old. He has been vaccinated, treated for internal/external parasites and has tested negative.

Located at the Brownsville Haywood County Animal Shelter in Brownsville, Tennessee. Brownsville Haywood County Animal Shelter's Adoption Policy
All dog/puppy adoption fees are $60, which covers all vetting done prior to adoption. Cat/kitten fees are $35. The adoption fee covers majority of the spay/neuter cost at any of our local vets. In order to adopt a pet from us, you must fill out an adoption application for the animal you are interested in, and be approved. Once you are approved, you will be allowed to come visit the animal you are interested in, and make a decision. All animals are required to be spayed/nuetered upon adoption. NO exceptions. We usually allow adopters to take animals home the same day as their meet and greet, but will not hold any animals for potential adopters unless their fee has already been paid.
