And fittingly, they chose Norman, after the rescue that saved him and gave him a second chance!<br/><br/>Now that he's safely here in Bend, Norman is looking for a loving foster family and, ultimately, his forever home.<br/><br/>This sweet boy is already proving to be an absolute lovebug. He is SO sweet, cuddly, and loves his snuggles. After everything he's overcome, we can't wait to watch him thrive and learn more about his adorable personality.<br/><br/>Stay tuned as we get to know this special boy even better.
