Meet Nonna Jean

Nonna Jean has been through so much and now she is ready for her forever home!

Nonna had a litter of pups and none of them survived despite our best efforts. After her emergency c-section she continued to be ill and after some diagnostics we discovered that she had a battery in her stomach. The battery along with some glass and trash was removed during an exploratory surgery.

Nonna immediately began to feel better after this procedure. On top of all of this, she was also diagnosed with heartworms.

Nonna has been through heartworm treatment and is ready for adoption! She is a very happy and snuggly girl. She is dominant so she would do best in an onlv dog home or with a submissive doggie friend. She would also prefer a home with no cats. Nonna loves all humans, including tiny ones! She is 2-3 years old and 67 pounds.

She's the best girl and deserves the perfect home after everything she has been through!
