Within just a day of arriving at her foster home, Noelle confidently claimed her favorite spots on the couch and in the car—she loves car rides just as much as she loves curling up in your lap for pets and kisses.<br/><br/>Noelle is friendly with kids and other dogs she meets on neighborhood walks and is currently working on her leash manners.
