Meet "Noel", she is a one-year-old Terrier mix, weighing 40 pounds. Noel may look like a tough cookie in her kennel, but underneath that bravado is a shy, sweet girl still figuring out the world. Noel hasn't had much experience with people or other dogs, so she's still learning how to socialize. New faces and environments can still be overwhelming to her. But with the patience and kindness of a new family she will begin to come out of her shell. She thinks she likes other dogs- but her play style is still a work in progress. Think of her as a pup who wants to join the party but isn't sure of the rules yet.
