She also has a "silly" side and loves to prance and run around her foster mom. <br/><br/>Noel was rescued from a puppy mill and in only a few months has learned to trust her foster family — she will need adopters who will help her continue her journey to fully trusting people. <br/><br/>Noel has learned to walk well on a leash and enjoys her daily walks. She has made good progress on potty training. She is a very smart little girl and has learned many helpful words already. She is anxious about car travel and will need time and effort to help her overcome that. She had never been in a car until a few months ago so naturally it seems scary.<br/><br/>A friendly, well-mannered canine buddy will be a necessity for her in her adoptive home for her to feel comfortable and help her learn new routines.<br/><br/>Noel will thrive in a calm, loving home. After a life in a puppy mill, she has only recently learned that people are kind and loving, so she has some separation anxiety when away from her chosen person.
