Sweet little Noel is a 4 month male weighing in at 20 pounds. He was rescued from a man who was not feeding him nor treating him properly in Puerto Rico. He is now in the loving arms of a foster family there. They say he is so smart and loving and knows he will never be harmed again. Noel has lots of energy and would benefit living in a home with a fenced in yard for exercise.<br/><br/>We are going to give him a loving home here in NJ.
