Meet Niner! <br/><br/>Niner is a one-year-old, petite, ridiculously handsome little guy — and seriously, check out those big eyes. <br/><br/>He’s a happy-go-lucky, roll-with-the-punches kind of dog who is looking for a stable forever family to call his own. Niner was surrendered to us when his family could no longer care for him.
