Nina's Story

**WE DO NOT RESPOND TO APPLICATIONS MADE ON PETFINDER. YOU MUST APPLY ON OUR LINK WHICH IS BELOW**

Nina is an adorable 6-month-old Schnauzer mix weighing just 7 pounds, but don’t let her tiny size fool you—this little girl has a BIG personality!

Nina came to rescue after she was found as a stray in Texas. She was very thin when she arrived, but her foster family has taken wonderful care of her, and she has gained weight and filled out beautifully. She is now a happy, healthy, playful little puppy who is ready for her next chapter.

Nina is sweet, affectionate, and incredibly playful. She loves people and would happily climb into your lap for attention. She also enjoys playing with other dogs and has made friends with several dogs in her foster home. She has a typical puppy personality and is full of energy—her foster family says she is “all puppy” and that just about everything is a toy!

Nina is working on her house manners and crate training and has made good progress. Because she is still a young puppy, her new family should be prepared to continue working with her on training, housebreaking, boundaries, and helping her learn that she doesn't have to be busy every minute of the day.

She would do well with a family who wants an affectionate, fun-loving companion and is ready for the commitment and energy that comes with a young puppy. Another playful, dog-friendly dog could be a wonderful companion for her.

If you're looking for a tiny Schnauzer mix with a huge heart and a serious love of playtime, Nina may be your girl!

Apply here: https://tinyurl.com/4u3tuy5c
-Due to the high volume of applications, our Adoption Coordinator will only contact the applicant that best meets the needs of the pet.
