Nina's Story
Nina is an extra-large beauty with an even bigger heart. She's a calm, affectionate dog who's adored by our volunteers for her sweet nature and go-with-the-flow attitude--especially during her recovery from foot surgery, where she patiently allowed frequent bandage changes without a fuss.
Nina's journey has been full of twists and turns. Adopted as a puppy in Atlanta, she was deeply loved and known to be great with kids and protective of her family. As she grew, she moved between homes, each sharing kind words about her, but somehow she ended up in Texas--abandoned in a small kennel on the side of the road.
She loves water (and dreams of a swimming pool), craves connection, and is ready for a stable, loving home with experienced dog people who can offer her the patience and security she deserves. After all she's been through, Nina is ready to finally write her happy ending--with you.
Est. DOB: 3/9/19
95.8 lbs.
AAR does not transport for adoption.
