Niko's Story

Meet Niko, a handsome young black and white spotted male, possibly a dalmatian or pointer and/or lab mix. The shelter listed him as a shepherd mix. He could be many different breeds. We rescued him from the Coachella Valley shelter in Riverside County. Niko is a total love. Great with everyone, 2 legged and 4. He is a biggish dog, 77 lbs, but easy to handle. He is being walked daily so we are learning his leash manners and learning to sit for treats. Niko is enjoying living with a group of dogs he can hang around and play with and is one of the walkers' favorites. Niko is neutered, vaccinated and microchipped and is ready to go to his new forever home when the right family applies.

If you are interested in meeting Niko, please email us at dalrescue@sbcglobal.net, tell us of your interest in Niko and we will send you an adoption questionnaire to complete and email back. Once we have rec'd back the completed questionnaire and if it looks like Niko might be a good fit for you and your family and other dog, if you have one, a "meet and greet" can be quickly arranged. Niko will make some family a fantastic k9 companion. Perhaps your family will be the lucky one.

To learn more about Dalmatian Rescue of Southern California, Inc., a 501c3 non-profit charity, and to see all of our available dogs, please visit our website at www.dalrescuesocal.com.
